Kim Wakelin
Kim has been involved in residential letting and property management for more than 22 years, initially working in the family business specialising in the letting and management of residential property in Hampshire and Sussex.
In 2004 Kim set up Inventories Inc in West Sussex and has seen the business go from strength to strength.
Kim is also an adjudicator to The Dispute Service Ltd and provides adjudication on disputes arising from tenancies and the return of tenant’s deposits.
