Tenants
Not all Landlords provide an inventory, check in or check out, so Inventories Inc works with tenants that want to make sure they have the correct documentation to protect themselves.
We can produce an inventory of the property, its condition and contents before you move in and provide you with a copy.
If an inventory has been produced we can attend the check in or check out on behalf of the tenant to go through the inventory with the Landlords agent to compare the comments.
