An inventory is an essential part of the paperwork required when letting a property, it is the only record of how the property looked, what was in it and the condition and cleanliness.
In the event that a dispute were to arise at the end of the tenancy it is the inventory that would be referred to as it provides clear concise information about the property before the tenant moved in which can be compared to the condition at check out.
At your request Inventories Inc will collect keys or meet with you at the property to prepare the inventory. The finished document will be forwarded to you by email within two working days of the appointment.
