Inventories Inc provide a detailed, comprehensive inventory and schedule of condition which should be created before the tenant moves in but after the property has been made ready to let.
This document is intended to give an accurate description of the property, any contents, exterior gardens or grounds and comment on the condition and cleanliness.
A poorly constructed inventory or ‘list’ will be of little use and ultimately very costly should a dispute arise.
We understand the importance of speed in a dynamic lettings environment so our inventories are created using digital dictation equipment then sent electronically to the inventory creation team. They are then quality controlled before being dispatched via email to our clients.
Our inventories arrive to our clients within two working days after the appointment so that the tenant can have a copy before they move in.
Digital dated and timed photographs are taken of the property and stored on the secure server; some are included on the inventory.
