During the course of the tenancy things can change, it is important that if this happens the Landlord is aware and any relevant action can be taken quickly.
To assist our clients in managing the tenancy we can, by appointment, visit the property to look at how it is being kept and treated. We will then report findings so that any action can be taken quickly and efficiently. These might include any visible items of decoration or repair that have deteriorated or any visible misuse by the tenant.
