This service is carried out after the tenant has left the property, all their possessions have been removed and the cleaning has been completed. It is at this point that they will want to know about the return of their deposit so it is imperative that the check out is done on or as near to the final day of the tenancy as possible.
When the tenant has vacated we will visit the property with a copy of the original inventory. The condition, contents and cleanliness will be compared to the inventory that was compiled before the tenant moved in.
A check out report will be created highlighting the differences found, an opinion will be expressed in respect of those items that would constitute fair wear and tear as well items noted that are the tenants responsibility or any maintenance items.
