Producing the inventory can be a timely exercise that takes you away from the main business of letting and managing property. Inventories Inc provide you with a simple outsourced solution that ensures you get a detailed independent inventory in a simple to use format delivered quickly and efficiently.

We work in partnership with our clients to make sure that the process is streamlined from arranging the appointment to attend the property to delivering the report to your desktop.

Turnaround times are critical so we make sure that when the job is done no time is wasted in creating the inventory and returning it within two working days. In exceptional cases we will endeavour to meet tighter timescales where possible.

Digital photographs are taken at each property, a selection appear on the inventory, the balance are stored on our servers and can be provided if requested.

All of our inventory consultants are trained by us to meet the standards that both we and clients require. The inventories are quality checked to ensure these standards remain high at all times.

Often we are the last people to see the property before the tenant moves in so we will let you know if we see anything that you should be aware of or that might need attending to before the moving day.

We love detail but also love communicating, so we know how to work with our clients and understand that moving in or out of a property can be stressful, we are there to help make the process as smooth as possible.

When undertaking the check in check up or check out we will automatically provide you with the relevant report to hold on file. We can provide these services for every let or just provide you with support at times when you are overstretched due to holiday or sickness.

We carry both Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance, should you require sight of the certificates this can be arranged on request.
